About the Author

Kevin Templeton (Coach T) has dedicated 35 years to working with high school and college age young people in both the classroom and as a coach. His basketball and golf teams have won numerous championships, including the 2003 NCCAA National Basketball title. His experiences as well as his passion for kids have given him a unique insight into what it takes to succeed in life.

Coach T is also a character development coach and motivational speaker for schools, universities and athletic teams.
